Launched in 2012 as Constitution Books, Constant Noble is the publishing/creative-venture label of Reginald Routhwick, a resident of Florida originally from the Commonwealth of Dominica, and a veteran of Wikipedia/Wikimedia and the now-dormant Referata. Projects developed by Constant Noble include Tovasala, a constructed language (conlang) formerly known as Relformaide; The Sevton Saga, a children's story set in the fictional Atlantic island nation of Rogatia; and Unspooled, a children's book series featuring anthropomorphic animal characters.

This Miraheze site, launched on June 25, 2021, serves as a replacement for various wikis and collections by its founder previously available on:

  • Referata (until ca. August 2020):
    • The Sevton Saga: The Rogatia Encyclopedia / WikiSevton
    • Unspooled: The Dixwell Dossier
    • Tovasala, né Relformaide: Relformaide Dictionary
  • Google+ (until February 2019):
    • Unspooled: Marigot Notebook
    • Veritas: Veritas Project
    • St. Isabel

An early demo version of this wiki was launched on ByetHost in October 2020, but was shelved after the following mid-November due to lack of funds and the provider's apparent Inode limits. XML backups from an early phase of that trial, starting with material in the MediaWiki, Project, and Main namespaces, were imported to this Miraheze version during its first month in operation.

As the Constant Noble site undergoes redevelopment at Miraheze, new extensions and namespaces will be enabled as needed. Account registration and editing via IP addresses are locally disabled to prevent spam, vandalism, and related abuse. Please join Miraheze to edit this site by signing up through Miraheze Meta.
