Constant Noble is the creative-venture label for the projects of Reginald Routhwick, also the founder of the eponymous wiki you are reading right now.

This site is hosted free of charge by Miraheze, a British-based, nonprofit wiki-hosting enterprise founded and run by volunteers.

This wiki adheres to Miraheze's terms of use, content and privacy policies, and general disclaimer. By accessing this and other Miraheze sites, you agree to the terms and conditions listed on that page.

As a Constant Noble visitor and/or user, you understand that:

  1. Original material created here for this label's projects is available worldwide under the terms of Creative Commons' CC0 and Piratbyrån's Kopimi clause. In some regions, these terms may not be legally enforced; if so, this site's founder grants anyone the right to use this material for any purpose, without any conditions, unless such conditions are required by law. For more information, please see Constant Noble:No rights reserved.
  2. Original material on this site belongs to no one—and everyone—under the terms of CC0 and Kopimi. Despite this, attribution to the site contributors is recommended. Please do not claim any material here as your own, nor copyright it; this qualifies as plagiarism and copyfraud, which we do not want at any cost.
  3. Material on this site is free of digital rights management (DRM). Please do not apply DRM to any material you find here, whether for profit or for your own needs.
  4. This site makes no guarantee of validity. Original content on this site is free to use, modify, copy, and redistribute by anyone, without warning, permission, or advance notice. Material may be altered by users who do not agree with anything found on a certain page. Also, be aware that some content may not be accurate by the time you are viewing it.
  5. As with various others at Miraheze, this wiki contains material from or based on the projects of the Wikimedia Foundation, nearly all of which are licensed under CC-BY-SA 3.0. Notable exceptions are MediaWiki.org's help pages and Wikidata's structured data, whose use of CC0 is compatible with Constant Noble's free-content waiver.
  6. Select material relayed through this site may be covered by full copyright. See also Constant Noble:Copyrights.
    1. Local uploads of media unavailable outside the site founder's archives are subject to the UK's fair-dealing system (cf. fair use in the United States), as well as scrutinous curation; Constant Noble reserves the right to remove uploads by request or once the works in question have resurfaced elsewhere.
    2. This condition applies especially to tweets in FTA posts served by TwitterTag, and definitions from the Oxford English Dictionary (OED) posted in dedicated monthly subpages of the Unspooled Scratchpad.
  7. Some of this site's content features certain trademarked material (e.g. logos, brand names), which are the property of their respective owners. This includes material from the Wikimedia Foundation, Creative Commons, Google/Alphabet, Billboard magazine (Eldridge/PMRC), Last.fm (Paramount Global), Bandcamp, Benesse Corporation/Shimajiro, and other firms and companies. Use of these trademarks hereon is subject to applicable laws in various jurisdictions.
  8. Neither this site, nor Miraheze, are owned/sponsored/endorsed by or affiliated with Wikimedia. Wikimedia is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) charitable organization, based in the United States, which operates Wikipedia, Wiktionary, Wikisource, Wikiquote, Meta, and several other open-source projects.
  9. This site should be viewed—and edited—at your own risk. See also Wikipedia:Risk disclaimer.
  10. Some content may be out of date by the time you are reading it. If you would like to update such content, then please do so.
  11. While this site is generally audience-friendly, certain content in its pages may not be suitable for all ages, demographics, beliefs, or ideologies. It is not censored for the protection of minors, and reader/viewer discretion is advised. If you have any objections toward this content, then please skip to a section/topic that you find more comfortable/appropriate.
    1. Please note, however, that the strongest/most offensive ethnic slurs and "four-letter words" in general conversation—e.g. "F-strikes" and the "N-word"—are disallowed here unless censored by the site founder or other parties. Mild to strong profanities are judiciously permitted, but only through embedded tweets or videos.
    2. Content/discussions pertaining to both sexuality and erotica are intended for visitors aged 18 or over, and may not be legal in certain regions/jurisdictions. This field is also covered by select entries in the Tovasala Dictionary, a conlang-based reference work.
    3. For the time being, depictions of sexual activity are allowed only through local upload or linking from Wikimedia/Miraheze Commons, subject to U.S. 2257 (i.e. all characters/uploaders must be 18 or over). Sexually suggestive/highly provocative content, however, is judiciously accepted. In any case, both types will be covered by spoiler tags.
  12. Material in this site's Backstory/Data namespaces—and names, characters, notable figures, events/incidents, brand names/trademarks, and places/locations/locales mentioned/used referenced in their pages—are either fictitious or are used fictitiously. Any similarities with real-life entities are purely coincidental.
  13. Content on this site is not peer-reviewed for quality—by academics, scholars, lecturers, teachers, and others in similar fields.
  14. The users of this site do not provide any legal or professional advice, nor are they lawyers. From Wikipedia's main disclaimer page: "If you need specific advice (for example, medical, legal, financial or risk management), please seek a professional who is licensed or knowledgeable in that area."
  15. Users on this site (and the rest of Miraheze) have the right to vanish at any time, for any reason. On Special:ListUsers, they may be indicated by account names with "MirahezeGDPR" and a random alphanumerical ID.
  16. This site is a perpetual work in progress. As such, it is subject to the whims of design changes and unwanted red links at any given moment. In short, as with all things in life (except God and Jesus), it is not perfect. If you see something wrong, please be bold in correcting it or let the site founder know!
  17. This site, and/or all activity that takes place here, may end when either our hosting partner shutters, or the site founder passes away, or no one is left to edit it anymore. (Not without a backup, hopefully!)
  18. This site carries no Robots.txt restrictions, which are otherwise detrimental to the long-term preservation of this project. Carry away, crawlers!

Thanks for reading this page, and enjoy your stay.
