Randstown is a city in the west-central part of St. George's Westmoreland District, serving as its seat. It is coterminous with Rands Mound, a hill which rises 180+ m from its base next to the Shropshire International Airport (to the northwest) and St. George's highest point, Little Barome (to the east), and boasts steep slopes outside its northern reaches.

The area was named after Joseph Rands, Rogatia's first Governor under British rule (during 1885-1891).
