St. Stephen is the southernmost of the eight parishes in Shropshire Province, Rogatia, and the third-largest by population (after St. George and St. Luke). The largest city (and seat) is Hodgence, on Molinos Bay; other communities include Renshaw, Pollance, Miklosia, Nosten, and Bailiwick.
Across St. Stephen's coast are Pollance Harbour in the west, the Molinos Peninsula in the east, and the small island of Keskidee in the southeast.
Western St. Stephen is served by the military Aerodrome mear Miklosia; Hodgence is served by the nearby civilian Molinos Airport.
